Onboard at Shanghai

For my latest installment of onboard videos, I have found a selection of videos from the Shanghai circuit in preparation for this weekend's Chinese Grand Prix.

My first video features one of my highlights from last year's Grand Prix. It took four races, but this was the first (and only) time in 2010 we saw Michael Schumacher and Lewis Hamilton go wheel to wheel. As you will see from the footage, Hamilton makes it look easy.

A look back now to the first ever Chinese Grand Prix in 2004. We ride onboard with Juan Pablo Montoya in the Williams BMW and Kimi Raikkonen's Mclaren as they look to hunt down Rubens Barrichello in his Ferrari. Barrichello went on to win the race just ahead of Raikkonen, while Montoya could only manage fifth.

Sebastian Vettel took Red Bull's first ever win in the 2009 Chinese Grand prix in appalling conditions. This videos indicates just how tough conditions were for Vettel, as he took his second career win.

My last video is from Saturday's Free Practice in last year's race in Shanghai and highlights the perils of the Shanghai Circuit. Here we see Renault's Vitaly Petrov lose the car coming out of the final corner and career into the tyre wall. Hopefully for the Russian, lightning will not strike twice this weekend.

Josh.
